How do I shop with you?
From our Home page click into Collections or The Accessory Boutique where you will find an extensive range of gorgeous lingerie and beautiful accessories to browse. Once you’ve chosen your items and entered them into your shopping bag you may proceed to checkout.
How do I pay for my purchases?
We will ask you for your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address and chosen method of payment so we may process your order. Once your order has been processed, we will send you confirmation by email.
How do I know my personal details will remain private and confidential?
We bank with Lloyds TSB who approves your electronic payment through Protx. Protx provides robust state of the art security equipment and techniques to ensure your personal information and all transaction data is kept secure at all times. Thank you for your answer above but what if I still prefer not to provide you with my personal details over the internet?
You may if you prefer to, send us a cheque, building society cheque or crossed postal order. We advise you to send money orders and postal orders via Registered Post for your own safety but we cannot accept cash. Please note that payment made in this way may take up to five working days to process.
I’ve placed my order, when should I expect delivery?
Once you’ve placed your order and your payment has been processed you should expect to receive delivery within 2 - 10 working days unless your purchase is a special order.
We have problems with bras fitting us correctly, what do you suggest?
It’s important to get your size right as bra styles as well as brand styles differ. Please check below for our suggestions and then check that you have ordered the correct size Perfect Fit.
My breasts pop out of my bra cups?
Your bra cups may be too small try a bigger size, or try a different style of bra for example one that provides full bust coverage.
My breasts disappear inside my bra and the cups pucker?
Your bra cups may be too big try a smaller size or try a different style of bra, such as a balconette which has less bust coverage.
My bra band rides up my back?
Your bra band may be too big. Try fitting the hooks on the band to the highest point or if the band is still riding up your back then try moving down a bra band size.
My bra band digs into my skin and the centre of the cups do not lie flat against my chest?
Your bra band may be too small. Either fit the hooks on the band to the lowest point or try moving up a bra band size.
My bra straps dig into my shoulders leaving a mark?
Your bra straps may be pulled too tightly, try loosening them.
How do I care for my lingerie?
Generally speaking all items of lingerie should be hand washed with care but please follow the washing instructions on the label.
What if I need to return an item?
In the event you wish to return an item please send it back to us in perfect condition, unworn, with tags in its original packaging within 14 working days for a full refund. Custom made lingerie is created especially for you and cannot be returned unless it is faulty. If this is the case, please return your lingerie stating the problem. We will conduct investigations and agree an appropriate course of action.
What if I have been given a gift I want to return?
Please refer to our Returns policy in our Terms and Conditions and note that if you require a refund, the original purchaser will be notified and the refund will be returned to them.
