We at Fan2c Ltd have put together a luxurious collection of lingerie we believe you'll love. We have constructed our on-line boutique after extensive research into manufacturers and suppliers in Europe, USA, Canada and Australia in order to bring to you sophistication, quality and affordability with the click of a button!

Shopping with us and processing your order

Once you’ve chosen your items we require your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address and chosen method of payment in order to process your order. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will with your permission, send to you an equivalent item of the same quality and price for your approval.

Despatch

Your order will be despatched to you upon authorisation of payment. For example, if you are paying by cheque, your order will not be despatched until your cheque has been received and authorised by us. Once your debit/credit card or cheque payment has been authorised, your purchases will be despatched.

UK Delivery and Charges

Your purchases will be sent via Registered First Class Post at a charge of £3.95 or Next Day Delivery (in stock items) at a charge of £8.95. Postage will be added to your order at Checkout and you should expect to receive your purchases within 1 – 5 working days or 14 – 28 working days with special orders. Don't worry if you're not available when the Postman calls as the Royal Mail and/or DHL will leave a "Sorry you were out" card informing you where and when you may pick up your purchases or when they may redeliver at a time more appropriate for you. We are pleased to say that delivery will be free of charge on all orders over £120 in the UK.

Europe and the rest of the World Charges and Delivery

Postage that will be added to your purchases at checkout are DHL Europe £15.00, DHL Worldwide £26.00. Registered Post £9.50 within Europe and Internationally £19.95. You should expect to receive your purchases within 14- 28 days. Please bear in mind that a signature is required on delivery.

Packaging

We believe that one of the many pleasures of shopping is in the unwrapping and a specially wrapped gift, even if it’s just for you is a pleasure to receive and exciting to open. With this in mind we beautifully wrap all your purchases.

Gift Wrapping

If your purchase is a gift we'll wrap it, hand write your personal message on a gift card and send it directly to the recipient on your behalf with the advice note sent to you for information and confirmation of delivery. We only charge £3.99 for this service. Select Gift Wrapping once you have placed your order. Please note that we do not refund the gift wrapping service should your order be returned or cancelled.

Payment

Please follow our on-line instructions. We accept payment by all the major credit/debit cards whether you order online, by telephone or by fax. You can if you prefer to, pay by cheque, building society cheque or crossed postal order but please do not send cash in the post. We advise you to send money orders and postal orders via Registered post for your safety. Please note that payment made in this way may take up to five working days to process.

Agreement

No legally binding agreement will be entered into by you the Customer and by us Fan2c Ltd until your order has been confirmed by email and payment has been processed by us. Once we have despatched your purchases, we will not thereafter be legally bound. To avoid doubt, any agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and is bound by English law.

Returns

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so please ensure you check your size before ordering Perfect Fit. In the event you wish to return a purchase, please send the item back to us at the address below in perfect condition, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. We would be grateful if you could state your reason for the return on the advice note enclosed with your purchase. You must also return any free gift that was sent to you with your purchase to the address below.

Please note that returning purchases is your responsibility and we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post.

Important Notes

Please be aware that for the purposes of hygiene panties, stockings, tights and earrings are non-refundable. If panties are being returned as part of a set please try them on over your own underwear as we will not be able to offer you a refund. Please be aware that custom made lingerie and jewellery are created especially for you and are therefore non-returnable once you place your order. Notwithstanding these conditions your Statutory Rights are unaffected.
